Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of asthma by a physician Age between 18 and 65 years Ability to perform breathing exercises Willingness to participate and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe concurrent cardiac or pulmonary diseases Pregnancy
