Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy patients Age range 18 to 65 years filling ethical questionnaire and willingness to participate in the study Having mandibular molars with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis achievement to local anesthesia after 15 minute inferior alveolar injection mature root

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Facial nerve paresthesia Pregnancy and lactation Tooth sensitivity to periapical tests such as percussion Teeth that cannot be isolated with rubber dam Root canal calcification Anatomical variations Types of analyses Teeth with severe and irreparable caries Tooth necrosis Use of specific medications Periodontal disease History of trauma Sensitivity to chlorhexidine and sodium hypochlorite

MeasureTime frame
