Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who presented to hospitals affiliated with Tehran University of Medical Sciences for rhinoplasty from February 2026 to February 2027.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years of age Closed rhinoplasty History of previous nasal surgery Rhinoplasty limited to the nasal tip Patients who underwent facelift simultaneously with rhinoplasty

| The outcome variable in this study is the change in nasal tip deviation, measured in degrees, assessed using standardized photogrammetric analysis comparing preoperative images with images obtained at 12 months postoperatively. Timepoint: Outcome variables are assessed at three time points: preoperative baseline, 1 month postoperatively, and 12 months postoperatively. Method of measurement: Outcome variables are measured using standardized photogrammetric analysis of images obtained preoperatively and during follow-up, with nasal tip deviation calculated in degrees. | — |
