Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least 6 months to 1 year history of type 2 diabetes Not taking vitamin D and hormonal medications in the past 3 months Lack of consistent participation in sports activities in the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insulin injection
