Inclusion criteria: Female gender Sedentary lifestyle Having abdominal obesity (above 80 cm) or Body mass index above 35 Employment as an employee in healthcare centers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: suffering from underlying disease Reluctance to cooperate Skeletal disorder
