Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18–65 years with moderate to severe acne scars Skin types I to IV according to the Fitzpatrick scale Bilateral facial involvement for conducting a split-face study No history of receiving laser treatment in the past at least 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of diabetes mellitus Active acne or recent use of isotretinoin Pregnancy or breastfeeding History of Kloids Patient with immunosuppressive conditions.
