Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18–65 years with moderate to severe acne scars Skin types I to IV according to the Fitzpatrick scale Bilateral facial involvement for conducting a split-face study No history of receiving laser treatment in the past at least 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of diabetes mellitus Active acne or recent use of isotretinoin Pregnancy or breastfeeding History of Kloids Patient with immunosuppressive conditions.

MeasureTime frame
Severity of scar lesions. Timepoint: At baseline and at 1, 3, and 5 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Assessment and evaluation of VisioFace images using the ECCA scoring system.;Severity of scar lesions. Timepoint: At baseline and at 1, 3, and 5 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Assessment and evaluation of VisioFace images using the Goodman&Baron scoring system.;Patients’ quality of life. Timepoint: At baseline and at 1, 3, and 5 months after the intervention.
