Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be at least 20 years old Be a student Have an average IQ to cooperate with the researcher in the treatment plan Be willing to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria: Have a severe physical problem that interferes with the research process Take psychiatric medications Diagnosis of mental disorders
