Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: pregnant women with a gestational age under 12 weeks confirmed as having an unplanned pregnancy Iranian nationality married age 18–40 years literacy Attendance in all educational class sessions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis and Incidence of Known Chronic Diseases and Psychiatric Disorders Attending structured educational or counseling programs on childbearing Cognitive or mental disability impeding engagement with the intervention
