Intervention group: The intervention group will receive Traditional therapy in combination with water resistance therapy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Definitive diagnosis of vocal fold polyps by an otolaryngologist, confirmed through videolaryngoscopy Vocal fold polyps with the following characteristics: Size: small to medium, involving no more than one-third (1/3) of the vocal fold length, as reported by an otolaryngologist via videolaryngoscopy.Morphology: hemorrhagic or translucent. Attachment type: sessile (broad-based).Location: unilateral Age range: 18 to 59 years (according to the World Health Organization classification, prior to the onset of older adulthood) Presence of dysphonia (voice disorder) associated with a confirmed diagnosis of vocal fold polyp, as assessed by a speech-language pathologist) No history or records of • Hearing loss• Psychiatric disorders• Neurological disorders• Head and neck surgeries that may affect laryngeal structure or nerve function. Absence of upper respiratory tract infection or cold at the time of baseline, mid-term, and final evaluations, and for at least three weeks prior to the baseline assessment. No history of voice therapy in the past three months Not being pregnant or breastfeeding during the study period Possession of basic literacy skills (reading and writing) sufficient to complete forms, including the VoiceHandicap Index and Vocal Tract Discomfort Scale. The participant has not been a heavy user of cigarettes, hookah, or alcohol in the past 30 days.

Exclusion criteria: History or records of • Hearing loss• Psychiatric disorders• Neurological disorders• Head and neck surgeries that may affect laryngeal structure or nerve function. Presence of upper respiratory tract infection or cold at the time of baseline, mid-term, and final evaluations, and for at least three weeks prior to the baseline assessment. History of voice therapy in the past three months The participant has been a heavy user of cigarettes, hookah, or alcohol in the past 30 days.
