Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 60 years. Ability to communicate and respond to questions Residing in a personal residence where receiving the intervention is feasible. Provision of written informed consent by the elderly individual or their legal guardian for participation in the study. The caregiver's request for home nursing care services for a minimum of 8 hours per day. A score greater than 7 on the Abbreviated Mental Test (AMT). (This test has a maximum score of 10, with a score above 8 indicating normal cognitive function or mild impairment). The presence of any cognitive issue, such as dementia (based on report from the individual or family members). Complete ability to speak or hear

Loneliness will be assessed using the De Jong Gierveld Loneliness Scale. Timepoint: Before the intervention and one month after the intervention.
