Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First-time heart valve replacement Use of warfarin Minimum literacy (ability to read) Having normal vision and hearing ability Owning a smartphone Proficiency in the Persian language Age between 18 and 60 years No history of psychological disorders, as reported by the patient’s family
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive or psychological impairments Patients with severe liver or kidney diseases that significantly affect warfarin metabolism • Patients who change their treatment or medication during the study period
