Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Need for emergency laparotomy surgery Having written informed consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (based on a history of lack of regular medication use and high glycosylated hemoglobin) A patient who has chronically used corticosteroids Immunocompromised patients (AIDS, congenital immunodeficiency, taking antimetabolite drugs, chemotherapy, etc.)
