Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 19-59 years Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than or equal to 30 Ability to participate in educational program Minimum literacy Willingness to participate in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suffering from chronic diseases such as diabetes, blood pressure, hypothyroidism and chronic kidney disease Participating in other similar programs at the same time as the research Taking weight loss medications, History of obesity surgery (such as gastric sleeve or bypass), Following special diets (vegetarian and ketogenic)
