Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 20–42 years Ultrasonographic diagnosis of endometrioma Serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels ranging from 0.7 to 4.5 ng/mL Body mass index (BMI) less than 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with congenital uterine malformations Severe male factor infertility Participants with a history of asthma

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Number of MII oocytes. Timepoint: 6 weeks after taking the drug or placebo. Method of measurement: Microscopic examination of the oocyte by an embryologist.

Implantation rate. Timepoint: 6 weeks after taking the drug or placebo. Method of measurement: Serum beta HCG.;Clinical pregnancy rate. Timepoint: 6 weeks after taking the drug or placebo.
