Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 to 65 Diagnosis of chronic rhinosinusitis by an otolaryngologist according to criteria published by the Rhinosinusitis Group and approved by the American Academy of Otolaryngology Positive CT scan result People with vitamin D levels less than 30 ng/ml
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Active malignancy in the head/neck area Active infection or abscess in the frontal and maxillary sinuses Recent facial injury or fracture in the maxillary sinus and frontal area within the past six months Having electronic devices implanted near the head and neck area Previous surgery on the frontal and maxillary sinuses Taking vitamin D supplements in the past six months Use of corticosteroids and immunosuppressive drugs in the past six months Extreme obesity or anatomical variants that prevent proper ultrasound application in that area
