Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: aged 18–40 years who had experienced an ankle sprain within the past 6 months to 1 year Having a score of 24 or lower on the Cumberland Ankle Instability Questionnaire reported at least two episodes of giving way during the previous year No history of neurological and psychological disorders according to patient self-report. Absence of acute ankle injuries and orthopedic injury conditions No history of surgery or fracture in the ankle or lower limb, as reported by the patient. Self-reported alcohol use Regular exercise, whether professional or amateur
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • If participants reported pain. • Participants had acute ankle sprains
