Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Taekwondo athletes with adequate cardiovascular and respiratory health Taekwondo athletes with medical clearance to participate in this study Male taekwondo athletes aged between 18 and 30 years Taekwondo athletes who have won at least one medal in national or international competitions Taekwondo athletes holding a 3rd Dan belt or higher A minimum of 5 years of professional training experience in taekwondo
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participant withdrawal Failure to comply with the training protocol or standard research conditions Occurrence of injury during the study period Absence from more than three training sessions Presence of hamstring strain or any abnormality affecting the research process Orthopedic injuries, fractures, or surgery to the lower limbs within at least the past year Taekwondo athletes who have participated in a hamstring strength training program within the past 6 months were excluded from the study
