Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female nursing staff who were classified as having class I obesity (BMI above 25).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) diagnosis of a somatic disorder likely to cause sleep disturbances. 2) presence of chronic anxiety, depression, or other psychiatric disorders that might impair treatment adherence. 3) substance or alcohol abuse. 4) prior participation in CBT. 5) missing more than two therapy sessions
