Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Being employed as an official, contract or contractual and corporate personnel in the operating room of one of the hospitals affiliated with Shiraz University of Medical Sciences Having at least one year of experience working in the operating room Willingness and informed consent to participate in the study Familiarity with social networking or access to a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incurring an illness during the study that prevents the participant from continuing to participate in the research. Lack of active participation in the virtual training program for 2 consecutive days Failure to fully complete research questionnaires or failure to cooperate in the evaluation stages Unwillingness to continue collaborating with the research at any stage of the study
