Intervention 1: Intervention group: Standard treatment + daily intake of empagliflozin 10 mg tablets for 3 months. Intervention 2: Control group: Standard treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent to participate in the study Over 18 years old Glomerular filtration rate 20 to 45 Hemoglobin below 13 for men and below 12 for women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participating in the study Acute kidney failure Anemia in a setting other than chronic kidney disease
