Inclusion criteria: Female Athletes Who Scored Above the Mean (Score of 45 or Higher) on the Body Image Concern Questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female Athletes Who Participate Professionally (in Leagues or Sports Organizations)

Comparison of Mental Health Scores in the Pretest and Posttest Showed That Mental Health Increased among Women with Body Image Concerns. Timepoint: The Effect of the Mindfulness Intervention on the Mental Health Variable in the Posttest for the Experimental Group Was a Score of 61 on the Scale, Which Increased Compared to the Pretest Score of 43. Method of measurement: Measurement Was Conducted Using the Keyes Mental Health Questionnaire. This Questionnaire Contains 22 Items and Is Measured on a 6-Point Likert Scale.;Comparison of Rumination Scores in the Pretest and Posttest Showed That Rumination Decreased among Women with Body Image Concerns. Timepoint: The Effect of the Mindfulness Intervention on the Rumination Variable in the Posttest for the Experimental Group Was a Score of 39 on the Scale, Which Decreased Compared to the Pretest Score of 58. Method of measurement: Measurement Was Conducted Using the Nolen-Rubin Rumination Questionnaire. This Questionnaire Contains 22 Items and Is Measured on a 4-Point Likert Scale.
