Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a diploma or higher education in accordance with the Ministry of Health protocol for health ambassadors Age between 18 and 55 years Willingness to participate in research and signing an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having mental disorders or addiction based on medical records Simultaneous participation in other intervention programs

MeasureTime frame
Change in knowledge score of family health ambassadors regarding components of a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, mental health, and environmental health. Timepoint: Before the intervention and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Assessed using a researcher-made knowledge questionnaire on healthy lifestyle. Validity confirmed through content validity and reliability through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient.;Change in attitude score of family health ambassadors regarding the importance and beliefs related to a healthy lifestyle. Timepoint: Before the intervention and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Measured using a researcher-made attitude questionnaire on healthy lifestyle, with content validity verified by an expert panel and reliability confirmed through Cronbach’s alpha.;Change in health behavior score including nutrition patterns, physical activity, sleep habits, mental health, and other healthy lifestyle practices among family health ambassadors. Timepoint: Before the intervention and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Assessed using a researcher-made health behavior questionnaire with confirmed content validity and reliability through Cronbach’s alpha.;Change in the quality of life score of family health ambassadors in physical and mental health dimensions. Timepoint: Before the intervention and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Measured using the standard SF-12 Quality of Life Questionnaire (short form of SF-36) consisting of 12 items covering physical and mental health domains. The tool has proven validity and reliability (Cronbach’s alpha: PCS-12 = 0.87, MCS-12 = 0.82) in previous studies.
