Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children aged 6 to 8 years Ability to perform daily toothbrushing independently or with minimal assistance Written informed consent obtained from parents or legal guardians

Exclusion criteria: Presence of systemic conditions affecting oral health Special healthcare needs interfering with participation Lack of parental or legal guardian consent

Children’s engagement with the color-coded educational brushing technique (Rainbow Brushing) and changes in brushing duration compared to usual practice. Timepoint: During the educational session and immediately after implementation of the educational technique. Method of measurement: Brushing duration was measured using a stopwatch, and children’s engagement was assessed through direct observation and recording of active participation during the educational activity by the researcher.
