Intervention 1: Intervention Group 1:Participants in this group will receive a combination therapy using fractional CO2 laser and Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. First, fractional CO2 laser (wavelength: 10,6

typical parameters including energy of 10–30 mJ and density of 5–20%) will be applied to the target area. This will be followed by Q-switched Nd:YAG laser (wavelength: 1064 nm) in the same session.Tre

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65 years with a confirmed diagnosis of junctional nevus, freckles, and lentigo by dermatologist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active skin infections and inflammatory skin diseases

Junctional Nevus. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study ,and 7, 30 and 60 days later. Method of measurement: Examining the difference in recovery time.
