Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years or older Presence of bilateral ice pick atrophic acne scars on the face Diagnosis of acne vulgaris Fitzpatrick skin types II to V Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or breastfeeding Active acne lesions on the face Active facial skin infection such as herpes simplex. Current or recent use of isotretinoin History of keloid or hypertrophic scar formation Known hypersensitivity to trichloroacetic acid or hydroquinone.
