Inclusion criteria: Informed consent to participate in the study Age over 18 years Indication for colonoscopy Access to technology Proficiency in the language used in the educational materials to ensure understanding No anxiety disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment Severe visual or hearing impairment Patients with a history of failure to comply with medical instructions or appointments Previous extensive gastrointestinal surgeries Substance abuse
