Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having chronic non-specific low back pain (pain lasting more than 4 weeks) Absence of serious spinal diseases (severe lumbar disc herniation) Ability to perform home-based exercises Age between 25 to 65 years old Nurse working in the intensive care unit (ICU)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent spinal surgery Pregnancy Physical inability to perform exercises

MeasureTime frame
Low back pain. Timepoint: Measurement of low back pain before the start of the intervention, 4 weeks after the beginning of the intervention, and 8 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Numeric Rating Scale.;Functional strength and endurance. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 8 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Standard Stopwatch and Score sheet.;Quality of Life. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 8 weeks after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Modified Oswestry Questionnaire.
