Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having diabetes grade 2 to 4 according to Wagner classification Need for diabetic foot surgery Age range 18 to 75 years Ability to choose and tolerate both types of anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to cooperate or cognitive problems History of allergy to anesthetics or anesthesia Intolerance to spinal or general anesthesia.

Blood glucose level. Timepoint: Preoperatively, intraoperatively (30 minutes after induction), and postoperatively (recovery room). Method of measurement: Glucometer device.
