Gestational diabetes. Gestational diabetes mellitus in pregnancy

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the intervention group, in addition to routine prenatal care, sessions based on a positive psychology approach are held
these sessions are held in 8, 90-minute sessions in person in 3 groups of 10 people over 4 weeks (two sessions per week). No medication is required during these sessions. Intervention 2: Control group
in order to comply with ethical principles, they will be provided with the recorded content of the sessions after the study is completed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primiparous pregnant women with gestational diabetes singleton pregnancy 24-28 weeks of pregnancy 18-45 years old Having access to a mobile phone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having difficulty speaking or hearing Presence of other acute and chronic physical (blood pressure, asthma, etc.) and mental (schizophrenia or psychosis, etc.) diseases, except for gestational diabetes Having a history of divorce or marital problems that have led to counseling classes or court complaints.

MeasureTime frame
Resilience score in the Connor and Davidson questionnaire. Timepoint: The resilience questionnaire is completed three times. The first time is completed at the beginning of the study (before the intervention begins), the second time is completed immediately after the end of the intervention, and the third time is completed 4 weeks after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Connor and Davidson Resilience Questionnaire.;Score of cognitive emotion regulation strategies in the Garnevsky et al. questionnaire. Timepoint: The Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies Questionnaire is completed three times: the first time at the beginning of the study (before the intervention), the second time immediately after the end of the intervention, and the third time 4 weeks after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Cognitive Emotion Regulation Strategies Questionnaire.
