Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not participating in psycho-social skills sessions The informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of chronic physical and mental illnesses (based on medical history assessment and clinical interview) Taking psychiatric, psychotropic, or addictive drugs (through participant self-report and a review of medical records) Concurrent psychotherapy or pharmacotherapy by these interventions (through questioning the participants and reviewing their medical records) Absence from more than 2 sessions (based on presence records) Not participating or participants’ remorse (based on direct observation of participants' behavior and reports provided by the therapist).
