Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being a boy Educated in high school Obtaining a cut-off score or higher on the Internet Addiction TestAchieving a cut-off score or lower on the Quality of Life QuestionnaireParticipating in a clinical interview sessionNo psychological disordersWritten informed consent from participants and parents to participate in the studyNot participating in a concurrent educational and treatment programNot taking psychiatric medications
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than one session from the program? Not doing homework? Facing a stressful event and illness during interventions? Failure to follow group rules Unwillingness to continue attending meetings
