Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: menopause women referred to Taleghani Hospital in 2026 and 2025 having android cell phone acceding to be in study having age of 45 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: illiteracy not having biological menopausal and it's due to gynecological reasons being in another study about menopause for past 6 moths not acceding to be in the study having history sever psychological or physical diseases having history of addiction having experiment of unpleasant event for past 6 months not giving correct information or not using the application or the pamphlet
