Inclusion criteria: Being married Being a student in Ahvaz Age 20 to 40 years Living in Ahvaz

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of divorce or official separation Diagnosed with a severe psychiatric illness Concurrent participation in marital counseling or intervention programs

MeasureTime frame
Extramarital relationship inclination score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Attitudes Toward Extramarital Relationships Questionnaire (Whatley, 2006).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Marital intimacy score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Thompson and Walker Marital Intimacy Questionnaire.;Communication skills score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Coton Dam Communication Skills Questionnaire.;Early maladaptive schema score. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Young's Early Maladaptive Schemas Questionnaire.
