Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having consent to enter the study and undergoing regular hemodialysis for at least 3 months prior to entering the study Minimum literacy and understanding of the researcher's intent Absence of obvious cognitive impairment (based on nurse assessment or medical report).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient death during the study Transfer to another medical center or out of the researcher's reach Absence of more than two consecutive training sessions
