Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: En Symptomatic stable heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) (diagnosed based on the European Society of Cardiology criteria: Paulus et al., 2007). LVEF =50% Being aged between 50 and 65 years Diastolic dysfunction ((E/e‘ >15 or E/e‘ 8-15 + NT-proBNP > 220 pg/ml resp. BNP > 80ng/l)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to sign a written commitment to regular session attendance Presence of acute inflammatory joint diseases that contraindicate physical exercise. A history of major surgery or acute myocardial infarction within the preceding 6 months . Lack of physical or neuromuscular ability to perform the exercise protocol.
