Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female elite basketball players with a minimum of 2 years of regular training Possession of a medical clearance certificate for participation in intense exercise Non-pregnant and non-lactating status (confirmed by negative test or medical assurance).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Use of any dietary/sports supplements within the past month Presence of serious medical conditions or allergy to spinach. Pregnancy, lactation, or intention to become pregnant during the study period.
