Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with breast cancer between the ages of 25 and 50 Doctor's approval for performing sports activities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of cardiovascular diseases (stroke, heart failure, unstable angina) presence of musculoskeletal, neurological, or pulmonary diseases that contraindicate exercise participation inability to provide informed consent presence of a mental disorder that would interfere with cooperation
