Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who are candidates for rhinoplasty and have no history of nose surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Has had previous nose surgery. Have history of congenital craniofacial disease Have history of very severe nose trauma.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Incidence rate of pinched nasal tip deformity. Timepoint: Before surgery, 3 months after surgery, one year after surgery. Method of measurement: Periodic photography and SCHNOS questionnaire for respiratory assessment.	—
