Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gender: Female Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis EDSS less than 5 No Exercise Training at least 5 month No History of Other Diseases No use of steroid medications within the three months preceding study initiation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other Types of Multiple Sclerosis Reduced ability to move independently
