Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Providing consent to participate in the research and signing a written informed consent form. Married women over 18 years of age with 5 to 15 years of marital life and an educational level ranging from high school diploma to bachelor’s degree. Absence of psychotic symptoms or disorders, assessed by the SCL-90 (1976). Absence of severe personality disorder, assessed by the brief PID (2013). A psychological suffering score at least one standard deviation above the mean on the Orbach questionnaire (2003). No chronic or continuous use of medication, and no chronic pain or physical illness whose accumulation over time leads to suffering.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction with continuing the sessions. Absence from more than three sessions (Breaking, 2015).
