Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a history of regular exercise Women aged 25 to 35 Achieving a desired score on the initial assessment scales that indicates the need for intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of diagnosis of serious psychiatric disorders Concurrent participation in another psychological course or intervention Unwillingness to participate in the study
