Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a history of at least one attempt at self-harm in the past 6 months Age between 13 and 18 years old The teenager will be discharged from the hospital within the next two weeks. The patient must be a resident of Mashhad Living with at least one family member permanently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study Inability to read and write

Self-mutilating behaviors. Timepoint: 2 months. Method of measurement: Ottawa Self-Injury Inventory (OSI-clinical).
