30 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 30 to 70 years with diabetes2. HbA1c = 8%3. Presence of a wound smaller than 8 × 8 cm with a depth of less than 8 cm4. Ability to ambulate and perform exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with immune system deficiencies and HIV infection2. Patients with AIDS, tuberculosis, or gangrene3. Patients receiving steroid therapy or chemotherapy4. Patients with severe malnutrition and osteoporosis5. Acute cardiovascular diseases, systemic infection, or renal failure6. Blood glucose levels above 300 mg/dL and blood pressure above 180 mmHg7. Patients with severe malnutrition
