Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study No history of diagnosed psychological disorders such as anxiety or depression Access to and ability to use virtual social networking platforms Age between 18 and 65 years. Diagnosis of class II or III heart failure by a cardiologist Ability to read and write
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participation in the study Death of the participant Occurrence of an acute physical or psychological event Failure to fully utilize or adhere to the educational materials
