Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed balance impairment Female within specified age range (e.g., =60 years) Ability to complete the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute or dangerous illnesses that preclude safe exercise. Severe cognitive or neuromuscular issues affecting exercise ability Unstable use of medications affecting balance/inflammation.
