Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to consent to participate in research Being married Being able to read and write and completing questionnaires in full Age range: twenty to forty-five years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than two sessions from attending therapy sessions Abuse of any type of psychoactive substance or any chronic medical disease (such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc.) Receiving and treating medication for any of the Axis I and II psychiatric disorders Participating in other treatment programs while participating in research

MeasureTime frame
The score that the subject will obtain from the sleep quality satisfaction questionnaire. Timepoint: before and after the intervention , 60 days before the intervention and 67 days of intervention , the test and retest were completed . Method of measurement: Sleep Quality Questionnaire (PSQL).;The score that the subject will obtain from the Self - blame Questionnaire. Timepoint: “7 days prior to the initiation of the intervention (pre-test); during the 60-day period of the intervention; and 67 days after the end of the intervention (post-test and follow-up).”. Method of measurement: Self - blame Questionnaire.;The score that the subject will obtain from theMarital Satisfaction Questionnaire. Timepoint: “7 days prior to the initiation of the intervention (pre-test); during the 60-day period of the intervention; and 67 days after the end of the intervention (post-test and follow-up).”. Method of measurement: Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire.
