Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Performing the first coronary artery bypass surgery Have access to a mobile phone and the ability to use WhatsApp or Eita messengers. be teachable Patient's ability to care for themselves physically (no known movement disorder) Having mental, speech, vision, and hearing health according to the patient's statements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete filling out of the questionnaire by the participant Previous history of participating in cardiac empowerment sessions in the recent period of time Unwillingness to continue cooperation and participation in the study Hospitalization during the intervention period death of the patient

Self-efficacy for managing cardiovascular disease: The level of self-efficacy for managing cardiovascular disease in this study refers to the number of points that the research subjects obtain by answering the questions in the questionnaire .This questionnaire has 9 questions and 3 components: cardiac risk self-efficacy, treatment adherence self-efficacy, and symptom recognition self-efficacy, and is based on a 5-point Likert scale. The range of scores for this questionnaire is between 9 and 45. The higher the score obtained from this questionnaire, the greater the level of self-efficacy in managing cardiovascular disease, and vice versa. Timepoint: Before and immediately at the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Self-efficacy Questionnaire for Managing Cardiovascular Disease Steca.;Self-care behaviors of heart patients: The level of self-care behaviors of cardiovascular patients in this study refers to the number of points that the subjects obtained by answering the questionnaire questions. In general, this questionnaire consists of 22 items in 3 sections including self-care behaviors (10 questions), self-care management (6 questions), and self-confidence (6 questions). After scoring, the numbers obtained from each scale and the total score are converted to 100 and each individual's score is determined between 0 and 100. A score of 70 or better can be used to identify an appropriate level of self-care in heart disease. Timepoint: Before and immediately at the end of the intervention.
