Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Be a permanent nurse in an adult intensive care unit Have a minimum of 6 months of work experience in an adult intensive care unit No self-reported history of chronic mental illness No self-reported history of disabling chronic physical illness Having the ability to express feelings and experiences
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participation in psychotherapy programs or receipt of psychological counseling within the past six months
