Intervention 1: Intervention group: :In the saline embolization group, during withdrawal of the coaxial needle, 3 cc of normal saline is injected into the needle tract. The coaxial needle is withdrawn

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who meet the indications for lung biopsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The biopsy needle does not traverse aerated lung tissue Bleeding is visible along the needle tract before removal Procedure failure resulting from patient non-cooperation Pneumothorax occurring prior to removal of the coaxial needle Patients who have undergone ultrasound-guided biopsy

MeasureTime frame
Pneumothorax. Timepoint: Immediately after the biopsy, at 4 hours, and at 24 hours post-biopsy. Method of measurement: Pneumothorax on CT was defined as the presence of air in the pleural space measuring greater than 1 cm in width.
