Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 18 to 35 years Obtaining a score one to two standard deviations below the mean on the Self-Esteem Rating Scale (SERS) Having at least an undergraduate-level education or its equivalent Having sufficient literacy to interact effectively with the language model based on the researcher-developed questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Concurrent participation in psychological or pharmacological treatments, based on a researcher-developed questionnaire Presence of severe psychiatric disorders, determined by scores on the BSI-53 and PID-5 questionnaires

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Self-esteem score measured by the Self-Esteem Rating Scale (SERS). Timepoint: Self-esteem will be measured using the SERS questionnaire at three time points: pre-test (before the intervention), post-test (after completing the 8 treatment sessions), and follow-up (4 weeks after the end of the interventions). Method of measurement: The primary outcome variable is self-esteem, measured using the Self-Esteem Rating Scale (SERS).

Therapeutic alliance score; Working Alliance Inventory-Short Revised, Therapist version (WAI-SR-C). Timepoint: The therapeutic alliance (WAI-SR-C) is assessed at the end of the intervention, after the eight treatment sessions. Method of measurement: Therapeutic alliance is measured using the Working Alliance Inventory-Short Revised (WAI-SR-C) questionnaire.
